The Audi A8 is fitted with an electronic climate control system that has separate controls not only for the right and left sides of the interior, but also for the front and rear. This means that both driver and front passenger as well as the occupants of the outer rear seats can select their required temperature and distribution of air individually for their particular seat. For the rear passengers there is a separate climate control unit for this in the rear centre console. The rear functions of the four-zone electronic climate control can also be adjusted from the front seats via a menu in the front climate control unit. Like the standard electronic climate control, the four-zone electronic climate control is also exceptional for its draught-free regulation of the ventilation system.
