Comfort key
With the comfort key the S6 recognises its owner and unlocks automatically when you open the door or the boot lid. You lock the vehicle by means of buttons on the door handle, and the engine is turned on and off by means of the start/stop button in the centre console. | |
adaptive cruise control
On the open road the optionally available radar-controlled system performs the usual functions of cruise control. If the traffic becomes denser or if another motorist moves into your lane, the S6 automatically brakes moderately and accelerates again when the road becomes clear. | |
BOSE Surround Sound
If you want perfect three-dimensional sound you choose BOSE Surround Sound. Interference from ambient noise is detected, digitally processed and compensated. | |
Audi music interface
With the optional Audi music interface you can connect your Apple iPhone (music function) and your Apple iPod from generation 4 onwards to the audio system, plus USB storage media and MP3 players. Operation is by means of the radio system or the optional leather-covered multi-function steering wheel.
